Using Casty

These terms are an agreement between you and SKAPP LLC. By using Casty you agree to them. Casty lets you listen to, create and share podcasts for personal, non-commercial use.

AI content

Casty Originals and AI podcasts are written and voiced by AI. They can contain mistakes and are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Episodes in the Stories topics are fiction.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. By publishing to the Community you give us permission to host, stream and display it within Casty. Only publish content you have the rights to.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Do not publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, spam, or that infringes others' rights. Any user can report a podcast or block a creator. Reported content is reviewed, content reported by several listeners is hidden automatically, and we remove violating content and ban accounts or devices that post it, normally within 24 hours.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account.
